Hello, I have a simple PHP app on the Shopify store and I am building another app using raw PHP, but last year, Shopify changed a lot of things regarding App development. So, anyone can let me know if Shopify approves the normal PHP App? or they only approve the PHP framework laravel app only?

It does not matter what language / framework you are using to build an app. What matters is the app should confirm to shopify app approval requirements.
