Hello, I have redirected some collections pages to other pages. Will Shopify remove those redirected collections pages from sitemap or I should do it manually?

If you have made significant changes, I would recommend submitting your sitemap manually to ensure that it is crawled by search engines sooner than later. You can follow our help doc here.
