Does Shopify have a department that will build the websites for the customers for a fee? I’m having the worst time creating a site on this platform so I deleted my stores, but now I’m eager to begin again and I don’t want to get frustrated.

They don’t have but you can ask support of Shopify anything. Where did you stuck?
