Does Shopify limit non-English entries for international shipping labels?

Hi there,

I am new to shopify and try to start international shipping.

Some information mentioned that, for international shipment the shipping label should be ONLY accepted in English.

Will Shopify any functions to deny users for entering non-English during the cart information entry?

I am wondering if I need to clarify to my customer to use English when they are filling up the information. But I think it is quite difficult for some of my Spanish, German, or Italian customer as they usually don’t use English.

Any insight?

Great question!

If you’re using Shopify Shipping, then you can buy shipping labels when you’re fulfilling an order in Shopify. If your fulfillment locations aren’t based in the United States, Canada, or Australia, then you will need to use a shipping label app instead.

Where did you get that information about the labels having to be in English? Could you link me to the help document or guide, please?
