Does shopify have an email or a live chat for contact support?

You can absolutely reach out to our support team through a live chat, email, or callback. This can be done by heading over to our Help Center and search a few keywords related to your issue. If you can not find what you are looking for, scroll down and select Contact Support. From there, you will be prompted to select your preferred method and will log in. Here is a video showing you how this looks. Do note, that our live chat support is generally the quickest!
