Okay - perfect. Another thing - I can’t press payment process on my Ipad - but I can on the iphone. How can that be?

Can you provide a screenshot, please? I encourage you to make sure you have the most up to date software version of the app and restart the iPad. If the issue persists, you can select “More” > Report a bug > then contact support afterwards so they can review the report alongside your conversation.

Here are the screenshots - it’s in Danish… but the basic thing is that I can’t press the payment button. Could it be because the POS runs on 2 devices at the same time? The iPad and the iPhone? The app is completely up to date and it is an Ipad 9. [IMG-7321.jpg] [IMG-7322.jpg]

Thanks for those screenshots. Without being able to access your account, I can’t determine exactly what is happening here. You should be able to access the POS functions on multiple devices.
