For all inquiries including sales, you can reach out to our live support team via this link. You will be redirected to our Help Center where you can get to our customer queues. We have a 24/7 chat line, as well as emails, and if available, our phone queues as well. If phones are your preferred way to get support and it was not available when you decided to reach out, it simply means that our queues are full at that time and to try again later.
Also, you are more than welcome to share your inquiries here in the Community. Our contributors consists of partners and fellow merchants who may be able to share some of their similar experiences with you that may also help you out moving forward.
