Just to clarify, you’re asking about the checkout process after adding to cart?
The process on Shopify is smooth - you are able to add to cart but you can also go ahead and Buy now, which is a quicker way to get to the checkout without having to go through the cart.
When it comes to integrating your payment gateway, the process is also straightforward. The steps depend on which gateway you choose, - for all third party gateways you will need to first create an account with them, which you can then set up on Shopify following these steps here.
If our own Shopify Payments gateway is available in your region, then the process is even quicker as it is all done from within your Shopify admin, following these steps here.
