Hi there I am enquiring about the Royal Mail Extension App, We have not downloaded it yet as I see reviews online about it not working properly with the Basic Shopify Plan that we are currently using.
I am interested to know what plan we would have to upgrade to for the Royal Mail Extension App to work and if there was another option to get the app to work without upgrading our plan.

There is a Royal Mail Shipping Extension app offered by a third party developer which can be installed into your store and used to offer live Royal Mail rates to your customers at checkout. The app does require the carrier-calculated shipping feature to be enabled on your store, which comes as standard with the Advanced plan.
However, the feature can be enabled on other plans for a price of $20 USD per month, or for free if you choose to pay for your subscription on an annual basis. If you’d like to have this enabled, you can contact our support team and ask to have this enabled on your store.
