I don’t see this on your website front end and the screenshot you shared, it just looks like a code for validation and no it’s not affecting your customer payments so you don’t have to worry about that.
It’s totally up to you if you wanna keep that code or not as it’s not affecting anything.

Not sure about the code you have displayed, but as I can see in your website console there are few errors and warning.
Resolve them it will affect you website performance.

Well affecting about payments not in our hand, as for making payment there is nothing in Website, it is handled separately by Payment Gateways, But there is chances for the conflict due to errors in console.
Other product pages also have this code. Could it affect my FB or Google ad campaigns
That code is output and controlled by accelerated checkout buttons code.
Keeping it would not affect anything (other than time taken to render the code).
