Does ticking 'Charge tax on this product' option add extra VAT in Netherlands?

Hi,

I don’t understand the implications of this option ticked in the product description.

I will sell only in Netherlands (VAT rate = 9%). All prices in the product description are VAT included (legal obligation).

If I tick this box, will there be an additional 9% added to the retail price?
