Im using debeautify… checkout button randomly stopped working. People said to try and delete the app. Will this delete my account?
It won’t delete your account but often enough apps can amend your store theme and after removing the app it will take the code snippet back out. If this isn’t the case, get in touch with the app developer and should be able to assist further.

Removing apps does not delete your theme but make sure that the code is not still there as some apps leave code and can track your data still
Wait but how do I remove it from my store without losing everything.

As far as I am aware, “Debutify” is a third party theme, not an app. You can absolutely install a new theme on your store, and see if your checkout works correctly on this new, clean theme. If it does, then you will know that the problem lies with the debutify theme in this case.
We offer a few different free of charge themes you can try here on our official theme store. You can have multiple themes on your store at the same time, so your current progress on the Debutify theme will not be lost by adding a new theme. If you confirm that the problem here lies with the Debutify theme, and you wish to continue using this theme, then you would need to reach out to their team for their advice and support on how to fix the checkout issue.
