My whole website and branding is intended to be lowercase so the website has not one capital letter. for example things like this are lowercase:
trip through italy. we use shopify to run our website. your information may be shared with out partner printful.
The whole website is lowercase. Does this have a negative effect on SEO as oppose to typing “trip through Italy”?

The correct answer is, no. Using lower case letters in your “H2 page descriptions tags” or as part of your keywords does NOT negatively impact search engine rank position (SERP).
However, using all caps as part of a URL definitely matters in SEO. Never use all caps for URL page titles.
