Domain Connectivity

I am facing the problem that my domain is not connecting to my store, it is showing me error that your store is frozen. I have tried every single way to connect it but every time same problem occurs. I have connected to support advisors with more than 6 six times in 16 days but they are saying that our operational team is looking the issue and still I didn’t got any single reply from them that what happened to my store or domain. There are no pending dues, I am using a paid theme, I have updated A, CNAME records more than 4 times but issue is same. If anyone help me I will be very thankful to you.

Have you ever tried adding the domain to a different Shopify store before? If so, it’s possible that the DNS records are set correctly, but that the domain name is currently added to a different store than the one you’re trying to add it to. In that case, you’d need to sign into the old/previous store, remove the domain name from Shopify, and then you’ll be able to add it to the new Shopify store.
