Does anyone have contact information for Shopify corporate team? I need to file a complaint regarding lack of response regarding this domain frozen issue. I’ve contact their chat support 5 times now and no one has reached out to resolve the issue. This is causing major delays in opening my shop. They can take my money monthly but can resolve my issue in a timely manner.
No sorry. I did extensive research looking for any phone number for the corporate locations and there are none. I made a complaint and left a review with the BBB. It’s all you can do or build a store on another platform and move your domain.
