I just have a question about domains as we have just moved our site over to Shopify.
Attached is a screenshot of our domain list - should the shopify r8r90r-nn.myshopify.com domain be connected?

Yes, it would not work without it.
@Mungo2007 Thanks for reaching out to Shopify community with your concern. r8r90r-nn.myshopify.com is your subdomain that Shopify assign when you create a store. But your primary domain is www.ultrabeamlighting.co.uk which will be used when someone visit your store. Even if someone visited the subdomain r8r90r-nn.myshopify.com they will be redirected to your primary domain.
