I’ve spoke to an associate from Shopify regarding this, it was resolved a couple of months ago, but, now my domain is showing in propagation again and it’s frustrating I’m paying for Shopify, paid for my domain, I have all supporting payment documentation and I can’t even call support anymore to figure out, I can’t even figure out how to email them it won’t give me that option so I’m not sure I’ll even get this addressed here? If someone can assist I’d appreciate it, I’m looking at other providers that I can have communication with as this is just ridiculous! Not everyone is as technically advanced, and this was resolved and now back to it! I type my name in and no listing, example in my portal regarding domain, and showing payment from Shopify. My phone number is 916-673-8005 is someone can please explain to me what is going on?

I tried, it runs me in a loop, I can’t locate an email or the chat, it’s
really strange.

It looks as though we’ll need to take a closer look within your domain settings to ensure it’s connected correctly.
In order to do this, you’ll need to create a support request within our Help Center. You’ll need to login to your store and select a topic from the ones displayed. In this case, you can select Store settings: Setting up your online store, buying domains, managing menus and links. On the following page select Domains > Other. You’ll then want to scroll down to the very bottom of the page where it will display our available support options.
