Hi there, @pankajrana .
Welcome to the Shopify Community and thanks for reaching out!
Could you kindly share a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing on your end in your Google Merchant Center account?
When your domain is correctly verified it should have a green check mark next to Verified in your Google Merchant Center account under Business Information > Website. If your domain shows as unverified in your Google Merchant Center account, you can disconnect and reconnect your Google Merchant Center account to see if that resolves the issue.
If disconnecting and reconnecting doesn’t resolve the issue, I recommend trying the following steps in your Google Merchant Center account.
Troubleshooting Steps:
-
Within your Settings > Account Access section in the Merchant Center account, confirm that the user email used to connect in Shopify has admin access on the Google Merchant Center account.
-
Check that the email and Google Merchant Center account ID are the same as those connected in Google Channel > Settings.
-
Check if the domain is showing as claimed and verified in the Google Merchant Center account. You can locate this section by clicking the Tool Icon to the top right of the page > then click Business Information > and click Website > Here. You should find your domain and should have 2 green ticks, one for Verified, and one for Claimed.
If you’ve gone through the above troubleshooting steps and are still unable to have the domain claimed, I encourage you to reach out to Shopify Support. The reason I suggest this is that we will require screenshots as we don’t have access to your Google Merchant Center account.
