I bought a custom domain off of shopify. Once I set it as primary, I Enabled Redirection to the new custom domain. I then tried to access the site through the new domain via search bar and the site “Cant Be Reached”. Tried to access the site through the old “myshopify.com” domain and it redirected me to the new domain. I disabled redirection, set the old domain back as the primary, and it continues to direct me to the new domain. At this point in time, my customers have no way to access my store.
