I never even activated my shopify store bc the pricing was way higher than I thought after the special offer. This was about a year ago. My domain is still sitting in Google Domains and was never moved to Squarespace because Shopify won’t release it. I’ve been getting the run around for a long time now. I don’t understand why this is so difficult. What can be done?
