I had my domain with a Wix page and moved it to my shopify site, but I have several issues with the way it is working now. The domain is www.mmpluss.com but when I browse to that url without the www I get redirected to https://mpluss-2.myshopify.com/, which isn’t what I’m looking for.
Furthermore I can’t reach www.mmpluss.com, only the domain without www.

www.mmplus.com shows setup in progress for several days. I’m not sure what I have to do to finish the process.
Also when I view the details for the mmpluss.com domain I see I can change domain type. I think I should get the desired behavior by switching it to Primary domain but wanted to make sure prior to making any changes.
Thank you for sharing the domain URLs and the screenshots of your current settings. When I take a look at the domain http://www.mmpluss.com I can confirm that some of the DNS information hasn’t finished propagating, or it is not propagating properly.
Who is your domain host? And what are your current DNS settings for your domain? You should have these two DNS settings:
the The A [email removed] record should be the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65
the www CNAME record should be shops.myshopify.com
Make sure you only have one A [email removed] record in your DNS settings.
Feel free to share a screenshot of the current DNS setup for this domain and I would be happy to confirm if it is setup properly.
We had the domain with Wix but I can see the DNS is set to googledomains, and it has a clientTransferProhibited status. I don’t know how I can set the DNS setting or if this information helps to resolve the issue.
