Hello!

I was able to connect the custom domain successfully adding cname and A record but when i try to go on my website with the new domain name it says the site can’t be reached.

Please help

Hi, @KHM88 .

Thank you for reaching out!

Can you share your domain name here so I can test it on my end? It could be in the verification stage but let me take a look for you.

Please let me know if you have any further questions! I would love to learn more about your business. What type of products do you sell?

Talk soon,

Its lumiconcept.store but i was able to make it work and i don’t know how.

I also noticed when entering lumiconcept.store without www. It doesn’t work

Hi, @KHM88 .

Thank you for your reply and providing your URL.

It looks like your A record is pointing to: 66.235.200.146. It needs to be pointing to: 23.227.38.65 to connect to Shopify. As for the www. have you added this as subdomain?

Talk soon,

There was another address before i don’t know how it keep changing by
itself.

I edit and put this 23.227.38.65 one can you try and see if it’s working?
Because still not working from my side

Hi, @KHM88 .

Thank you for your reply!

It stills shows the 66.235.200.146 A record but it can take up to 24 hours for that to update on the world wide web. I recommend waiting and then checking if it works then. I also recommend clearing your browsers cache/cookies and data so that the internet connection is refreshed.

Talk soon,

can you please check again if it’s still show the wrong ip?

Hi, @KHM88 .

Thank you for your reply!

I double checked your domain and the error I received is: Domain is pointed to Shopify but did not return Shopify headers. To fix this, you will need to contact our Support Team so they can refresh the settings on your domain.

Please let me know if you have any further questions!

Hi Emily,

I am having the same issue, could you possibly check if my DSN is correct. GoDaddy are telling me it is an issue at the Shopify end. I have attached an image for your reference.

Kind regards
