I’ve checked your DNS settings for your domain jdaflame.com and it successfully points to Shopify’s records. However, upon searching your domain in a web browser, I receive the following error message: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. This error message indicates when the domain name system cannot resolve a website’s URL into an IP address. I double-checked your domain status using ICANN Lookup and your domain status displays a standard response.
As a result, I recommend that you create a support request through the Shopify Help Center so our team can further assist you with your domain. In the help center, you’ll need to log into your store and follow the topic prompts to view our available contact options. Once authenticated through the help center, our support team can take a look at your domain settings to ensure it works correctly in the web browser.
Lastly, I’d like to share some resources with you to help you customize your store. The first resource is adding a favicon image to your store. This is the tiny icon that appears next to your store’s name in the web browser bar. Setting a favicon image can help customers more easily recognize your brand and strengthen your branding. We’ve included steps in our resource here. I’ll include a screenshot below of where to locate your favicon image.
The second resource guides you on how to remove the powered-by-Shopify text from your storefront’s footer. Once this text is removed, you can customize it to display your brand name.
