I tried to purchase a domain twice, both times I approved through my bank app as requested and neither of which actually gave me the domain. Now it won’t let me due to a timer. How can I fix this?
You don’t need to buy the domain name on Shopify. You can buy it on other domain name purchasing platforms.
Was this solved? (By the way, I also think that contacting support is a good option.) In general, sometimes a bit of patience is needed with these things.
