Let’s see if we can troubleshoot this issue for you. Here’s a step-by-step:
- If you purchased and set-up your domain through Shopify, it will be listed under Settings > Domains.
- You should see the domain, with a blue icon and “Primary for Online Store” underneath it.
- Hover over the domain and click to get into the Domain Settings page.
- From there, you can select Domain Settings in the top-right and it’ll produce a drop-down menu that will have Edit DNS settings at the top.
