Dear Shopify Support Team,

I am writing to you regarding a problem I’m experiencing with transferring a domain between my Shopify stores.

I purchased the domain [tresorstor.com] through Shopify over 60 days ago. I now wish to transfer this domain from my primary store, [Trésor Store], to my second store, [My store].

When I initiate the transfer process, I receive the confirmation email asking me to log in to my second store. However, after this step, the transfer consistently fails, and I receive an email notifying me of the failure.

I have attempted to restart the transfer multiple times over the past 24 hours, but the issue persists.

Could you please investigate the cause of this failure and guide me on the steps to resolve this problem?
