I’m looking to transfer my Shopify domain over to Wix, I made the transfer about 5 months ago. Wix told me I had to keep my Shopify account opened for 5 months before I can fully transfer my domain over to Wix. It has now been 5 months and Wix is saying I need to a authorization code from the domain carrier which is either Shopify or Tucows. If anyone can help me in this situation that would be lovely.
