we have been battling for 2weeks now to verify our domain on Shopify, however we keep getting the same error message no matter what we do. Our DNS settings are correct and do not have the DNSSEC enabled at all either. Please could you inform us as to what the actual issue is so that we can get our domain verified. This is the error we constantly get and we have checked everything over and over and everything seems to be correct on our side, however this error wont go away. This has been beyond frustrating and cannot seem to get anyone to help us.

Status: unresolved. There is disagreement between the suggestion of a DNS record problem and the owner’s assertion that DNS is correctly configured; further specifics are needed to diagnose.
It is not normal for a domain to be remain under verification status after 2 weeks. It means there is something wrong in the DNA record of the domain. I highly suggest that you reach out to your domain provider so, they can further check the error on their end.
We are aware that it is not normal for that - our domain provider (IT dep)
have checked numerous times and everything in the DNS is correct however it
will not verify so we need to actual understand what really is wrong
