If you ar selling digital products, like E-books, software etc that is delivered electronically, then don’t use PayPal.
I sell download software. A customer order some software and payed with Paypal. The software was downloaded (Logged) and a licensekey was delivered via email.
Then the customer made a complaint with Paypal that he did not received the product.
So i send them the log files.
Paypal did not accept this and demands a track and trace from a shipping compagny as proof!!
And they returnd the money to the customer.
So be aware of this!!!
