I cannot see how to remove it.

From what you described, it sounds like the dot may be connected to an app block, theme customization setting, or a section added in the header.

You could try checking Online Store → Themes → Customize → Header section, then look for any app embed, block, or image hotspot setting linked to the image.

A screenshot of the issue may also help the community identify it more accurately.

Figured out it was not shown on the website, just during setup.
