Downgrade from Shopify Plus to Advanced Shopify Plan?

We need your advice.
We have only 2 international stores (US, AU), not using Shopify Plus-only features (NO Flow app, Launchpad app, NO customised checkout, NO scripts), and theme for Online Store used is from Slate (React) framework.
We use the Data Export (with fee), Multi-currency (free), Digital Downloads, (other apps that could be free too) app only so far.
We believe downgrading from Shopify Plus to Advanced Shopify is best at the moment. Would you agree?
What things do we have to do in order to downgrade?
Would it be an easy transition?
Would there be current Shopify Plus features that would be affected?

For a smooth transition you should answer no to the following questions:

  1. Do you have any apps running off Shopify Plus only APIs?
  2. Do you have any use of Shopify Flow, Shopify Scripts & Shopify Launchpad?
  3. Do you have multicurrency setup using the Plus integration?
  4. Do you have any checkout experiences that were changed?
  5. Is it important for you to have a unified dashboard for all stores?
  6. Do you have plans to create future stores down the road?
  7. Do you have any apps that are exclusive to Shopify Plus?
