DOWNLOADED NEW THEME - APPS NO LONGER VISIBLE ON WEBSITE

Hello, I have changed my stores theme and now the Upsell app, On Time Delivery Date App + Store Pick Up click and collect App are no longer visible on my website. I really want to use this theme. Is it a simple fix, do I need to somehow transfer them over or uninstall and re-install the apps?

Many third-party apps will automatically inject code snippets into the published theme while being installed. However, sometimes you may need to do it manually or can select the theme to reapply it from the app settings.

This is not unusual, and it shouldn’t be a significant obstacle. As you’re using third-party apps, the best way to go is to get in touch with their support team so they can guide you on the quickest way to enable the app functionality for your new theme.

If those apps are downloaded from the Shopify App Store, then you can request support following the steps below:

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Apps.
  • Next to the app’s name that you need help with, click Get support.
  • Enter the details of your issue.
  • Click Send the message.

Your message is sent directly to the app developer. Shopify contacts you after three days to check if the app developer has helped resolve your issue. If they haven’t, then Shopify contacts them again on your behalf.

However, suppose you need help with an app you downloaded directly from a developer’s website. In that case, you can find the developer’s contact information on the website where you installed the app.
