I checked your website and somehow on the homepage, some of the dropdowns are linked to a collection called “most-loved” which causes the 404 page.
Do you have any idea how this non-existent collection is added to the dropdown?
Main issue: On desktop, the homepage dropdown menus under “Shop” and “Collections” either lead to a 404 (not found) or a generic collections page. After visiting another page (e.g., FAQ or About) and returning, the dropdowns work correctly and show the expected underline state.
What’s been tried: The menu items were linked directly via Navigation settings and by creating specific collections (e.g., Stickers, Stationery) and linking to those, but the first-visit/homepage issue persists.
New finding: A responder inspected the site and found that, on the homepage, some dropdown links are pointing to a non-existent collection slug “most-loved,” which triggers the 404. It’s unclear how this link was introduced into the dropdown only on the homepage.
Artifacts: Screenshots were provided to illustrate the navigation behavior/underline state.
Status: Unresolved/ongoing.
Open questions / next steps: Identify and remove/replace any homepage-specific dropdown links to “most-loved,” and determine why the homepage navigation differs from other pages (theme settings, template-specific navigation, or cached/initialization behavior).
