Does Shopify force you to use only brands that they carry? Or can you request different shirt/hat brands? Where do you find a list of options?

I really don’t know how ANY of this works. I am looking to have an online store linked from our website. Here you can select: Style/Size and then have it shipped directly to your house or to the restaurant (discount on food order for picking up in person).
