I am looking to set up a fragrance store on shopify. The fragrances will be provided from a third party whole sale site, and shipped from them, through drop shipping. How do I go about connecting the whole sale site, and its inventory, to my store?

An ideal approach would be to have the same store for both retail and wholesale customers.
Wholesale Pricing Discount provides discounted prices to the Wholesalers for the same set of products that are available for Retailers. That way your inventory would remain reconciled in the same store. That’s the standard business practice.
When B2B customers log in, they will see the prices that you’ve assigned to them instead of the regular retail price. Here is a demo store and there are free trials as well to see if the solution fits your needs.
