Drop shipping

I need help with my store, I have not been making sales.

Hey there @Bryansky

It is quite common to feel stuck when a Shopify store is not generating sales, and it usually points to a central issue with low conversion performance. However, because no specific store details or troubleshooting steps have been provided yet, it is difficult to diagnose the exact bottleneck.

To help you get on the right track, we need to address several key unanswered questions:

  • What specific products are you selling and who is your target audience?

  • How is your traffic currently being generated (ads, SEO, or social media)?

  • Are there potential technical issues on the site, or could factors like pricing, lack of trust signals, or marketing be affecting the final purchase?

Since we do not have any images, store links, or data attachments to review yet, we cannot begin a detailed troubleshooting process. If you can share your store URL and some context on your current marketing efforts, we can help you figure out exactly what is impacting your sales.

Hope this helps.

Hi @Bryansky

It is completely normal to face a sales lull when starting out. Getting zero sales usually comes down to a disconnect in one of three areas Traffic, Trust, or Store Layout.

  • Check Your Drop-Off Point: Look at your Shopify Analytics dashboard. If you have traffic but no Add to Carts, your product descriptions or images aren’t convincing enough. If they add items to the cart but leave at checkout, you might be surprising them with high shipping fees.

  • Test on Your Phone: Over 70% of shoppers buy on mobile. Open your store on your smartphone right now. If it loads slowly, has tiny text, or the checkout buttons are hard to tap, mobile shoppers will leave immediately.

  • Review Your Traffic: If you aren’t getting any visitors to your site, you cannot get sales. Make sure you are actively driving targeted traffic through TikTok/Instagram reels, social media ads, or organic SEO rather than just waiting for people to find you.

@Bryansky What do you need help on? What is your products niches?

Hey @Bryansky
Check your traffic first
See where your visitors are coming from.

Are they from ads social media or organic search?
Are they actually interested in your product or just random visitors?

If traffic is not targeted sales will be low no matter how good the store is.

Also check if the audience matches your product price and niche
because even good traffic won’t convert if it’s not the right fit.

Check product page quality

Open your product page and review it like a customer.

Are images clear high quality and attractive?
Is the product benefit explained in a simple and clear way?
Does it clearly answer Why should I buy this?

Also make sure the page is not too complex customers should understand the product within a few seconds.

If this is not clear users will leave without buying.

Check trust on your store

Look at your store from a customer’s perspective.

Do you have reviews or social proof?
Is shipping information clear and visible?
Is return/refund policy easy to find?
Does the store look professional and trustworthy overall?

Adding trust badges real reviews and clear policies can significantly improve conversions.

If trust is missing customers often hesitate even if they like the product.

Check pricing and offer

Check if your pricing is competitive in the market.

Is there any offer discount or bundle strategy?
Is the value clearly communicated compared to competitors?

Sometimes even small offers or bundles can make a big difference in conversion rates.

If there is no strong reason or urgency to buy users may leave without taking action.

Check checkout experience

Go through your checkout process as a customer.

Is it smooth and simple?
Are there any unexpected shipping costs?
Is the payment process easy and fast?

Also check if there are too many steps or distractions during checkout.

Even small friction at this stage can reduce sales.

Check Shopify analytics

Go into your Shopify analytics and review the funnel:

product page → add to cart rate
cart → checkout rate
checkout → purchase rate

This helps you clearly understand where customers are dropping off.

Once you know the drop off point it becomes much easier to fix the actual issue instead of guessing.

Fix the exact problem first

After identifying the weakest step focus on fixing that area first instead of changing everything at once.

Small improvements in the right place often lead to better results than big changes everywhere.

Also test changes one by one so you can clearly see what is working.

Thank You..!

Hello @Bryansky

Scarcity of sales in drop shipping is usually caused by bad traffic or bad conversion. First make sure your product has established demand and isn’t too saturated without a unique angle. Then go through your product pages and check that your images are good, the benefits of your product are obvious, and your shipping times are clear. Look at your prices in relation to your competitors’, and throw in packages or limited-time deals for some extra value. Focus on one or two things rather than a hundred. If you’re advertising, narrow your target, and make sure the destination page matches the ad copy. Also set up abandon cart emails to recapture interest.
