We have a dropdown menu but in the mobile version it doesn’t show up as a dropdown menu. How can we fix this to make both versions a dropdown menu? We would really appreciate the help, thanks!

Are you using a free Shopify theme or a third-party theme? Our themes are responsive, which means they adapt to the device on which a visitor is viewing your site. It may well be that a dropdown menu will no longer “drop down” on mobile in order to provide a better user experience, but it is then available as a sidebar menu (or vice versa). In this case, however, it sounds like the drop-down/sidebar has disappeared altogether in the mobile version but works properly on the desktop, is that correct? If so, it begs the question: have you edited the code to your theme at all? Are there any apps currently loading on your theme that may affect your navigation?
I’d love to know more about the theme itself in order to better help you!
