Dsers has declined my request for fulfillment but my customer has already paid for the product but on my Shopify store it says one order to fulfill but already did it and the supplier said it was completed but why is my Shopify store still saying 1 order to fulfill I don’t know how to fix this should I refund the order? And stop using Dsers?

Hi @Nate4221 , I figured it out. Instead of trying to fulfill the order in Shopify, you need to go to DSers and go to your Open Orders tab. You select the order you want to fulfill, select a shipping method for it from the options, then, click on Order. It will then prompt you to pay for it. Once you have paid for it, you’re all set.
And if you haven’t already done it (I hadn’t!), you should go into Settings–>Package Tracking to set it up so that all shipping and tracking info is automatically sent to your customer. I’m happy to walk you through that if you need help with it (DSers Support helped me with it).

You need to go into the Dsers app go to open orders click it find your product that was ordered find fulfill then you need to pay for the product it’ll say pay now once you put it in fulfill then once it is payed for all you need to do after is go back into Shopify and archive the customers Order them your all set and do the same with each order, always for each order go to Dsers first find the open orders tab in the Dsers app and fulfill it , it’ll pretty much walk it’s self through it, don’t forget to go back to Shopify and archive the order once it’s fulfilled and payed for then all those alerts will go away

but if the customer has already paid for it then why do you have to then go to dsers and pay for it again ? what money are you using and from where ? i also am testing fulfillment and have already paid through the website. request declined, what im ment to pay for this twice

When you’re dropshipping, when a customer orders from your store, they pay you the Retail price you’ve set, but then you have to go and place the Wholesale order with the supplier (at least this is the case with DSers/Ali Express). You are using your money, but this shouldn’t be a problem since your customer has already paid you the Retail price (= profit).
having this issue which happens as soon as an order is paid, so are you just ignoring Shopify status? fulfil the order in Dsers and then archive it in Shopify?
Yes, ignore the Shopify status. Fulfill the order in DSers and then mark as fulfilled in Shopify.
