Topic summary
A Shopify store owner is experiencing pricing conflicts where both their custom prices and old DSers compare-at prices display simultaneously on product pages. While some manually updated prices work correctly, others continue showing dual pricing.
Initial troubleshooting suggestions included:
- Verifying and updating compare-at prices directly in Shopify Admin
- Disabling DSers auto-sync to prevent price overwrites
- Clearing browser cache and manually resyncing products
Current status:
- The issue persists after attempting suggested fixes
- The problem specifically affects products with multiple variants
- The store owner wants a single price displayed across all variants, regardless of variant differences
Unresolved question:
How to eliminate variant-based pricing and enforce uniform pricing across all product variants while preventing DSers from overriding these changes. The discussion remains open with the original poster requesting additional assistance.
hi @Trendzmoda
Thanks for reaching out to the shopify community !
It sounds like the old compare-at price from DSers is still syncing with your store, causing both prices to show. Here are a few steps to fix this:
- Check Product Pricing in Shopify – Go to Shopify Admin > Products, select the affected items, and verify that the compare-at price is correctly updated or removed.
- Disable Auto-Sync in DSers – If DSers is still syncing prices, it might be overwriting your updates. In DSers, check your pricing rules and disable automatic price updates if needed.
- Refresh Your Store – Sometimes, cached data can cause outdated prices to show. Clear your browser cache or check your store from a different device.
- Manually Resync Products – In DSers, try manually syncing your products with Shopify to ensure the latest pricing is reflected.
Hi @Trendzmoda
I think you can try these steps:
- Check DSers Auto-Update Settings – Go to DSers settings and see if price updates are automatically syncing from suppliers. If so, disable it to keep your custom prices.
- Manually Update Prices in Shopify – Go to Shopify Admin > Products, select the affected products, and update the price and compare-at price directly.
- Resync Products in DSers – In DSers, locate the affected products and click “Sync” or “Push to Shopify” again to refresh the data.
Thank you for your message. I still cannot get it resolved.I noticed the products that are affected are products with different price variants. I only want just one price for each products regardless of the variants. What can I do please.
Any help please
