I have a (hacker) site that is copying, duplicating my entire website. I am not sure if this is what others refer to as cloaking or not. Searches for my products end up with their links to a store that looks like (is a copy of) mine. The changes I make are updated the same instance on the hacker store. My store, www.homeplacemarket.com, the hacker store www.decalku.com.
The hacker domain is registered by GoDaddy. They will do nothing.
The DNS server is Cloudflare. They will do nothing.
Shopify tries and their legal team will do nothing. They say, “Get legal advice” $$$$$$ ??

Reported site to Google, - nothing happen
Should I do nothing, I tried to file a DCMA without success. Should I try again? Where?
