Hi all.
I recently set up Tiktok shop and am placing test orders to test the process, order flow, emails etc and have encountered an issue within click & drop where the order placed on Tiktok is appearing twice, one with the Tiktok order reference, and once with the Shopify order number - does anyone have experience of this and why it is happening or how to resolve?
I was wondering if perhaps this is just a product of click and drop integrated on both tiktok and shopify sides, so perhaps I need to remove one.
Any help would be welcome.
