Duplicate products in inventory sales report

Trying to find these duplicates and any like it to remove them, but when I do a product export or search they don’t seem to be there.

It seems to be only a problem when we are looking at the sales report also my concern is the duplicate is showing quantity in stock.

What is the best solution to find and remove these error products?

These are likely not duplicated products - note that they have the same product id. What probably happened is that you renamed the products at some point and Shopify is reporting sales under the different names based on the name at the time of sale.
