Duplicate site with 500,000+ variants

We currently operate a store that acts as both a B2B and DTC site. We have well over 500k product variants. We are looking to split the store into one just for B2B and another for DTC. The problem I see is the variant upload limits. Everything I am reading says to export then import CSVs. I don’t think this will work because of these limits. I do not want to upgrade to Shopify Plus.

We simply want to clone our store.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

You just , download the cvs product file, open your email and download the excel file and manually split into two or three, then upload it specifically. if you like this solution accept this solution.

Shopify does not allow this as they throttle at 1,000 variants uploaded per day after you reach 50k.
