To anyone viewing this – it looks like this is an issue with the Loop Subscriptions app that was introduced yesterday. Their support team applied a quick fix and the dynamic checkout appears to be populating again.

Hello, I have the same problem. All three express checkout buttons appear in the checkout, but on the cart page, only the PayPal button is visible—Google Pay and Apple Pay are no longer showing there. I’ve already tried various solutions, like custom Liquid and style adjustments, but nothing has worked. Only the PayPal button is consistently displayed, though all three used to appear depending on the device. I think something might be blocking it for me as well.
