The good news is that you can edit this template HTML. If you’re looking to add one time attachments like Terms and Conditions, you can include a link to the PDF you previously uploaded to the Shopify Files section.
To edit the template HTML, head over to Shopify Settings and click on the Notifications section.
Then scroll down to the Customers section and click the ‘Contact Customer’ template.
You can also achieve beautiful template designs with the help of an app such as OrderlyEmails. It’s free to try, customise and test before purchase. You can add it to your store from this link.
However, if you don’t feel comfortable editing the template code yourself, you can always reach out to our Support team. Assuming your store has enough complimentary design time left, our team can customise this for you.
