EasyDHL App

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to log into the EasyDHL app but keep getting this error message:

“No DHL products available in this contract. If this is a system user (a sub-account of a DHL account), then it seems this user has no authorization for DHL products.”

Just to clarify, this is not a sub-account of DHL. I set up my business account only two days ago and haven’t made any changes to it since. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any advice on how to resolve this issue? Is there someone specific I should reach out to?
