Ebay Mapping Has Frozen for 2 days. Help please!

Hello fellow Shopify users,

I need some advice on fixing this issue.

In the Ebay sales channel, I have gone to ‘Publish’ and clicked ‘refresh’ like I have done on many occasions.

However, this time when it says “Hang tight, we’re mapping your Shopify products” and it shows the progress bar stuck on 45%. It has been like this for 2 days now.

I have cleared the cache and deleted the cookies, updated the computer, used another computer etc. and still no joy.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix?

It’s probably best to open a technical request with the eBay App developers. They have a dedicated page: https://connectebay.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

They could look into the logs.
