Ebay not pulling all items through with Marketplace Connect

Hello All,

So I have linked my Shopify to Ebay with Marketplace Connect. I linked with Amazon initially and it worked fine.

So I have 15 products on Ebay. Initially I had not added any SKU and thought that may be the issue as to why I was not seeing the ones I wanted so I went through and added SKU to the 8 Products I wanted to link.

After the fact; I thought that would not matter as although it could not match I would presume that all my products would land in Close Match or No Match.

It is currently pulling through one product as “No match” which would suggest that there is a connection and that part is set up correctly.

So I am now at a loss as to if I have missed something on Ebay set up to link the two

Failing a solution to this Can I just push my products from Shopify to Ebay to achieve the same end result? Tho this would be disappointing as i would lose feedback.

Hopefully someone can point me the right way

It’s not advisable to recreate listings for items as any feedback or sales history on them would be lost.

It’s quite possible that the app and eBay just needed more time to have all your existing listings be pulled through from your eBay catalog for linking.
