Ebay publish items from shopify freezes

Hi all, if anybody can help, it would be much appreciated.

So, everything seems to be connected and set up fine with the ebay sales channel. I’m at the screen where I pubish my products to ebay and it just goes into an eternal freeze (i’m gussing it doesn’t take more than an hour to upload as that’s how long I’ve left it seemingly uploading before writing this).

Here’s the screen:

Thank you for the screenshot! Have you tried any local troubleshooting yet? If not, I recommend attempting these steps:

  • Clear browser cache and cookies for all time.
  • Disable any adblockers you have installed in your browser.
  • Try in another browser. We recommend Chrome or Firefox.

If this continues to have issues you will want to contact Ebay support directly for additional troubleshooting. Ebay fully supports their sales channel within Shopify and should be able to assist further. You can navigate to the app page through this link: https://apps.shopify.com/ebay, scroll down and change to the support tab to see the contact email and additional support options.

Having the same issue as well. The app keeps redirecting me to the same endpoint, displays a notification regarding first-time publishing, and freezes. Hopefully, support will address this issue as soon as possible.
