we have the following issue:
We sell our products on eBay via the Shopify eBay channel. We sell the products with shipping costs extra, not included.
For example, a products costs 419 Euro plus 8,90 Euro shipping costs. Sold in Germany applies a VAT of 19% meaning for the product 352,10 Euro w/o tax plus shipping costs 7,48 Euro w/o tax.
However, Shopify imports the data of shipping costs without dividing them into costs with and without tax. Therefore, our invoice generated in Shopify is incorrect.
The eBay support said we should contact Shopify support. Shopify support said they cannot help, we should try this forum. Here we are. Could anybody help us?
